Alan F. Savitz

Mr. Savitz has over 25 years of workers’ compensation experience in the handling of Workers’ Compensation claims from the initial accident through all aspects of litigation and trial in the New Jersey Division of Workers’ Compensation. This experience has been primarily in the representation of employers, self-insured’s and insurance companies. Alan’s experience allows him to provide guidance through the maze of litigation and bring claims to a successful conclusion with excellent results for his clients. Alan has extensive experience in defending third party liability claims. Alan is licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is admitted to both the State and Federal Courts of both Jurisdictions

Larry S. Byck

Mr. Byck has over 25 years of experience in handling workers’ compensation claims in New Jersey, both on behalf of the employer and petitioner. Larry has extensive experience in all aspects of claim handling from inception through trial. He has extensive trial experience in both workers’ compensation matters and in third party matters. He has handled literally thousands of workers’ compensation cases involving everything from minor injury cases to multi-respondent occupational disease claims. He has a reputation for obtaining the absolute best results for his clients. Larry is licensed in New Jersey and admitted to both the State and Federal Courts.

Marcia Stander Freedman

Marcia Stander Freedman, Esq. began her workers’ compensation career in Philadelphia representing employers after graduating from Rutgers School of Law in 1985. After moving to New Jersey in 1987, Marcie has dedicated her practice to representation of employers, self-insured’s and municipalities in workers’ compensation matters throughout the State. Marcie is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Workers’ Compensation Law Attorney. She has served as a Master to the Workers’ Compensation Inns of Court and is a frequent lecturer for New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education in all areas of New Jersey Workers’ Compensation. Marcie was appointed by the NJ Supreme Court to be a member of the New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Certification Committee which is charged with developing the workers’ compensation certification examination and evaluating all applicants for Certification. Marcie proudly served as the Chair of the Workers’ Compensation of the New Jersey Bar Association and through her work with the Bar, has testified numerous times before the New Jersey Senate on various proposed bills with profound impact on our Workers’ Compensation practice. Marcie also had the honor of selection for inclusion in New Jersey Super Lawyers multiple times since 2005.
